What is this programme?

Many of the courses from the Department's academic programmes are open to registered post-graduate students of Savitribai Phule Pune University campus departments under the University's choice-based credit system.

Timeline

• Semesters 1 and 3: Mid-July (date may vary from year to year).
• Semesters 2 and 4: First Monday of January.
• Commencement dates for individual courses may vary.
• Please be sure to contact the Department well ahead in time!

Enrollment

• Write to coordinator AT scms.unipune.ac.in, indicating (a) the course/s that you are interested in, and (b) your background relevant to the course/s that you are interested in.
• You may need to undergo a test or an informal interview/counselling session to assess your background in the light of any pre-requisites for courses of your interest.
• Enrollment will generally be on a first-come-first-served basis conditional upon this test/interview/councelling session.
• The number of such seats is limited by the available infrastructure at the Department, especially for courses with a substantial hands-on computing component.
• The Department may not be able to accomodate you in a course that has already begun.
• Students wishing to enroll in our course/s need formal approval from
  • their parent Department/School/Centre,
  • the course instructor/teacher at this Department, and
  • this Department.
• Fees will be charged as per University's prevailing norms/policies.
• Decision authority on all credit-course matters is the Departmental Committee.
